::Disappointing service. Needed to add hard-drive memory and clone computer's OS to the new drive, as the factory-installed drive was full. Shop took in my computer one Saturday and said they would call me following Monday to confirm if there was an extra SSD port, and agree how to proceed. Then nothing. I called several times to follow up, when they either stalled ('we'll get on it tomorrow') or ignored me. Finally, in a call 10 days after dropping off the computer, they claimed it was the wrong time of year to order an SSD component, and said I could retrieve my computer. 10 days wasted. I'm not an idiot, and could probably manage ordering the right SSD, installing in and cloning my OS. But I went to a shop because I am willing to pay for someone else's time to do the job right. Clearly, this shop also has more valuable uses of its time. That's fine - I just wish they had told me after 2 days, instead of 10.

::I prezzi sono ottimi ma una cosa che non si trova ovunque è l'esperienza e l'assistenza! Di negozi di informatica, aperti da quasi 30 anni ce ne sono veramente pochi e questo fa la differenza con qualsiasi altro centro. Ogni volta che ho un problema con un mio computer (anche se Apple), loro hanno la soluzione adatta. Sempre con il sorrisso in volto.
