::Horrible. Quand une agence de location se moque à ce point de l'expérience client c'est grave. Le siège bébé n'était pas disponible et après l'avoir attendu une demi-heure on nous a laissé l'installer seuls. Les agents étaient limite insultants et ne parlaient pas anglais. La voiture était médiocre et a failli nous lâcher en montagne.

::Sehr einfach zu finden. Gutes System mit Watrtemarken ( so kein Hauen und Gedrängel in der Warteschlange). Netter kompetenter Sixt Mitarbeiter (ob wohl wir 4h zu früh waren kein Gemecker und das Auto war verfügbar). Kein lästiges andrehen von irgendwelchen Zusatzversicherungen oder dubiosen Vorabbelastungen der Kreditkarte. Sehr angenehm! Dann noch ein tolles Auto bekommen und Rückgabe war auch spät Abends möglich... so easy und entspannt haben wir noch nie ein Auto in Italien gemietet - einfach super! Einziges Manko - der Parkplatz ist ca. 400m vom Bahnhof/ Schalter entfernt. Aber wenn einer mit dem Gepäck am Termini wartet und der andere das Auto holt/ wegbringt ist das kein Problem.
