::My experience of this Italian post office has almost always been much more positive than other post offices in Rome (I've been to this one over 30 times). Polite, friendly, efficient and helpful. Open all day too which is a bonus - go early (8.30) or late just before they close to avoid the queues.

::This is one of the worst post offices I have been to in Rome. Very rude staff, especially the short hair lady who wears glasses. It is almost always crowded so the waiting time is really long. They do not even have normal stamps and can only print ugly electronic ones. The space is small. However, it still does its job of sending things.
