  Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Room was clean. No basic amenities like coffee machine etc. overall an ok place

  First we got a room with mold everywhere and the room stank. After the complaint we got a new room which was ok. At our departure in the night was no one at the front desk even though we knocked very loud and at the front desk have called after 15 minutes a staff came from behind and was sleepy and very rude. When we asked him to open the gates from the hotel because the taxi should be in, he did this too late and the gates did not want to open anymore; So a technical error was added and we could not get out. so we waited another 15min. the breakfast every morning was ok.

  The Church Village was a perfect venue for a successful event, although the space hosts a really small stage and a huge logo of the venue on the stage front panel that comes out in every picture of my client.

  I got to the hotel and the reception was closed, there was a sign in english and italian, and the numbers that was supposed to call, nobody answered, so i asked for 2 woman that was there nas they told me that in Itália sign was saying that the hotel changed the place, after almost a hour i could solve my problem
