Storage space is not "huge" as another review stated. They can fit 2-3 CARRY ON sized bags. As we were traveling for awhile we had 2 normal sized suitcases (they made them JUST battle enough that you can't lay them down, they have to be stood up on their side which will only allow one bag to fit) and a carry on, we had to not only rent 2 lockers (came out to approximately $45 US for the "day"), but we had to take stuff out of one suitcase and the carry on, stuff it around the other suitcase in its locker, to nest the carry on inside of the larger bag......
We specifically paid a taxi to take us here instead of any others around the Vatican (that were much cheaper!) based on the reviews that said how big the space was, thinking we could get one locker. Ended up costing us more in the long run.
This is obviously the best luggage storage option near the Vatican. We went there without any prior knowledge how to use the storage, but it's super easy, you are provided a step-by-step guidance. Note that, you can only pay with card, no cash. The storage space is huge, we put 2 cabin bags inside, it was still half empty. We booked a storage for 4 hours, but we arrived there around 30 minutes earlier and was able to open the storage with the code provided in email. Make sure you have internet connection on your phone or so to be able to receive the email.
Worked well... seemed a little expensive. Price escalates the longer you need it. Good to note that you cannot get in early if you make your reservations online. We arrived 1 minute early and the machine would not let us in until the exact time. The rest of the technology worked well.
Great price, very clean, situated in a safe neighborhood. We arrived in Rome at 9:30am, couldn't check into our place until 2pm. Stored our luggage here and took off to Castel Sant'Angelo. No wasted time. Perfect !!

::Really easy to use service that kept our bags safe for the first few hours we were in Rome. It was nice to not have to lug them around.
