::Perfect hospitality. Fine old fashioned building. The staff could not be faulted. Very comfortable bed and room. A great view. Superior pools at 25 meters. A little odd that you have to wear a swimming cap in the indoor pool, even if like me you have little hair on your head but have a beard. Perfectly located to stroll into the city through the park. You can not go wrong staying here.

::I did not like the service at the hotel. 1/ When they drove into the hotel, they told us that we had a reservation for two rooms. When booking a room, we did not press the booking confirmation button, but the reservation was made. With us, we withdrew money for a measure in the first day. We tried to explain that this was a mistake, but we were not heard. 2 / Problems with free water. On the day of arrival there was one bottle of free water. The next day they put two. We thought they were corrected. On the third day, zero bottles. I called the receptionist, the employee came and said that about free water it's not to them but to the room service. I called the room service, asked about free water, I was told that there was no water and should not be. 3 / Leave the dirty glasses, wash them and change them to clean until you complain at the reception.

The Parco Dei Principi has always been known as a hotel to meet movie directors and other Italian Celebs. The grounds are lovely and the service is excellent . The services are expanded since last I stayed there for the better. It’s now a truly 4-5 star hotel and spa . If you don’t mind the zoo sounds at night , this isn’t your place . All else is a treat especially eating at the pool on a hot afternoon in room or dining in its classic restaurants . Very modern and hip place to stay . Great location!

The services are expanded since last I stayed there for the better. It’s now a truly 4-5 star hotel and spa . If you don’t mind the zoo sounds at night , this isn’t your place . All else is a treat especially eating at the pool on a hot afternoon in room or dining in its classic restaurants . Very modern and hip place to stay . Great location!
