::Wow. The staff are awesome. The room was just OK, but it had a very comfortable mattress. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace with stunning views of Old Rome, including the colosseum. Be forewarned, you have to haul your baggage up several tight, steep stairways. There is a very small elevator that covers about half the distance up, but it was only large enough for my wife and our two large suitcases. In the end, we don't care because it's a wonderful B&B. Did I mention the rooftop terrace?

::Absolutely a great place to stay. We spent 4 nights here and it’s in a perfect location. The staff are very friendly and nice. The views from the rooftop patio are perfect for breakfast or drinks in the evening. Will have it stay here again when we come back to Rome.

::It is the most perfect place I can imagine to visit Rome. It truly deserves the high ratings it gets. Maria is a very nice and helpful hostess. There was no disturbance from any guests, and the bathrooms were very clean with hot water running all the time. Oh, and they have the amazing terrace ever
