  Non sono professionali. Ho lasciato un vestito costoso e non mi hanno dato neppure una ricevuta per identificarlo. Hanno restituito il mio vestito ad un'altra persona "perché vabbè capita". Nemmeno un "mi dispiace" e la sufficienza con cui hanno gestito la questione è stata imbarazzante. Se dovete lavare delle pezze o dei cenci avranno pure i prezzi bassi, ma non portate capi costosi. Gli incidenti sul lavoro capitano, la noncuranza non è perdonabile.

  Signore simpaticissime prezzi super convenienti ho lasciato tutto e al ritorno ho trovato tutto piegato ed imburrato. Consigliatissime

  If you find yourself in Rome near the Vatican needing to do laundry, this is the place to have it done. I was fully expecting to have to find coins and detergent and then find a place to dry my clothes, but these ladies took care of all of that. I brought my clothes in and they did the rest. I had 2 bags of clothes. They washed, dried, and folded our clothes for €14. Feels like a bargain to me.
