::More like a 3.5. The guest house rooms are inside a old building complex very near to Roma Termini. The building maintenance is just about okay and you can see that the building has other guest house rooms. The room was in a shared hallway with two other rooms - didn't expect that. The room was clean and the staff are also very friendly. The breakfast wasn't great with limited options. Go for this for a no-frills budget-friendly option for a short stay if you have an early train to catch.

::B&B vicino alla stazione e al Ministero dell'Interno. Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Le camere hanno tutte il bagno privato e sono pulite e profumate. La colazione non è da classico b&b ma ci sono torte fatte in casa, frutta fresca, prodotti senza glutine e vegani.

::Wow. I can not understand why this place is so highly rated. This is my 7 hotel on a 16 day Europe trip and this is by far the worst. It is a room with a shared hallway in a tenement apartment building in a bad neighborhood. Just look at the pic. The staff was friendly and the room was clean which gives it the two stars. This is not a safe place to stay. The guy checking us in warned us several times to make sure all the doors are locked. No AC working and didn’t feel safe with the window/door open. I was attempting to be nice. The shutter did not close, so light first thing in the morning. No privacy, other apartments can see right it. The Ac might have worked by it was 10’ in the air with no remote. The unit below had its air conditioning compressor on our small balcony rattling all night. Could hear the neighbors through thin walls. The door doesn’t lock automatically and no way to lock if just one person in the party wants to leaving. Choice of leaving door unlocked or locking your loved one in with no fire escape or any way to get out. Shouldn’t have to use three keys to get to your room. Nice incentive dig about mass shooting. ::Ubytování příjemné, wifi v ceně, výtah je zde také. Pokoje mají svou koupelnu a wc, bidet je samozřejmostí, ventilace funkční. Postel příjemná, okna plastová a v chladnějších dnech se topí. Úklid probíhal každý den. Osvětlení příjemné, tv a lednice na pokoji v ceně. Jako bonus rychlovarná konvice i s šálky. Na uvítanou čaje, cukry, balená voda. Jako mínus ne moc dobré odhlučnění od ulice, v pokoji občasně pískalo trafo od osvětlení. Jinak ok Snídaně formou švédských stolů, velice milý personál. Vřele doporučuji😊
