  Great hotel with friendly staff. Love the underground spa. Steam room is so relaxing.

  Very nice hotel with a spa and a small relaxation room in the basement. The walls of the relaxation room are dating 56 BC, which is pretty impressive. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very filling and good, however make sure to be there before 10am since they are start running out of items and not bringing out more. The rooms are small, yet expected in the heart of Rome. My biggest problems with the hotel were the TV, which hooked up to a problematic at times TV box and the bathroom. The shower heads I am assuming are not cleaned very often and they spray all over the place. The shower itself is in the corner, however there is no barrier and the wall only covers very little, so the floor is covered with water once you are done.

  Wonderful stay at a great location. Claudio took us in when a booking fell through at the last minute. Bless you sir. Very nice breakfast and we also enjoyed happy hour on the garden terrace. Rooms were immaculate and we enjoyed the free spa service (pool, sauna, steam) while visiting. Highly recommended.

  Great hotel. We stayed in the family suite, which IS the 4th floor. Basically it's 2 connected rooms, one has a large bathroom with a tub and the other has a nice private terrace. The breakfast was excellent, the staff super friendly and the spa relaxing. Highly recommended!
