::Decent 3 star hotel. Nice rooftop bar. Most sights besides Vatican were walkable.

::Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. As for someone saying no coffee facilities. We got a kettle in room from them and bought coffee down town. Excellent location. Very clean Hotel would recommend.

::Only 1 star because I also tried to cancel as I found out the day after I booked that my sister needed an operation for breast cancer and I wanted to be there to support her but there was no budging them, she insisted on me to still go as she felt ok and would rather have me there when she has the radiotherapy. (I was on my way back from travelling elsewhere and live in a different country) Also it's the first time I have stayed in a hotel that doesn't have tea making facility in the room, and although room was very clean, I found the bed uncomfortable - mattress hard and could feel ridges so I think it is old, recommend mattress topper. Breakfast was OK, usual items. Also the rooftop bar wasn't open.

::Lovely hotel in a quiet street. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and clean. A continental breakfast was available. There is a lovely roof terrace with great views of Rome. Great location 10 mins away from the Colosseum. Highly recommend staying here.
