::Great hotel, awesome staff and good buffets. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

::Nice enough hotel. When we travel, we sleep in our hotel. We do not spend much of our time there. This hotel had a few minor problems. One, the bed was hard and the pillow was flat, thin. Second, when you enter your room, you slide your room key into a slot which gives you electricity, including the air conditioning. The bad part of this is that you cannot leave the AC on during a hot summer day. Third, the wall with windows also has the AC unit, and floor to ceiling heavy light-blocking curtains. They not only block light, they block the cool air from the AC. We had to creatively tuck the curtain over the AC vent so that the room would cool. Fifth, the elevators. I don't understand how they work. When we wanted to go down from our room floor, I would push the down call button. Elevators would never stop! I never figured out how to get it to stop. Six, it is outside the city-center which means you are on the meter with cab rides, including to the airport. Pluses, it is clean and neat. We had excellent maid service. We used Uber and cabs and found cabs were a little cheaper to get where we wanted to go.

::After a mix up with another hotel at 2.30am this hotel allowed us to check in and book last minute. The receptionist was very friendly. The room was a good size, clean with a nice en suite bathroom and a large comfortable bed with an extra small one beside it (although the small one wasn't needed it would be great for a family). Included in the price was an all you can eat breakfast. I'm vegetarian and found there were still plenty of options for me. An overall enjoyable stay for the night

::The rooms are decent, but there are not many breakfast alternatives. Staff, particularly at the reception, doesn't offer a good service. It is very far from the airport and the attractions.

::I do not understand how a hotel would not have air conditioning working when it is so hot . In this advanced age how can you not have A.C.... pathetic. I called the reception and they said the guy who fixes it is not there..... really???? I have read same or similar reviews from various guests do this just seems to be a standard line that reception uses.... whatabout proving a fan then???
