::It was uncomfortably warm with no A.C. available in rooms in late April. The people at the desk and in the restaurant were brusque. The food mediocre. Hotel looks dated and in need of renovation. Experience disappointing for the hotel that size.

::Not really a 4 star hotel.you could think about three star hotel. Bad location,far from many locations . not a kettle or fridge in the room. Low pressure water. Reception and staff doesn’t have good knowledge about the hotel service and are not helpful.

::Being on a Trafalgar tour & this being the first hotel coming in, it was pretty nice despite the outside looking outdated. The rooms are clean but definitely needs upgrading. (More space, an iron & ironing board, needs conditioner in the bathroom, updates to the TV, need more drawers in the room. It also needs to provide adapters for guests who are coming overseas. The staff is pretty friendly & the buffet provided for us

::The hotel was beautiful. our room was great and comfortable, food was outstanding, hotel staff very helpful and it had free internet. Would recommend it to anyone making a trip to Rome.
