::Darlia was my SA today and she was super friendly, patient and attentive. I had a great experience here. The only down side was the store was very crowded, and payment took much longer than expected.

::Worst Chanel experience ever, been to so many Chanel boutiques - whether I made a purchase or not I've never had a bad experience with Chanel so this is truly disappointing as I really wanted to make a purchase. Firstly, nobody wanted to serve me, not sure if it's because I don't speak Italian or because I was dressed casually? Staff was rude and did not even know the difference between small and mini classic flap. Asked if there was any stock, told me there was no small flaps without even checking or asking me what colour I was looking for & there was a small flap sitting on the counter as I was walking out. Stepped out of the store and decided to ask for another item, turned back and was told by the person at the door that I couldn't re-enter because the boutique was full. Nobody went in after me and there were so many sales associates just standing around doing nothing. Really spoilt my whole afternoon. Now I am reconsidering even buying any more Chanel items as the service does not match up (or anywhere near even) to their name! Should be ashamed of yourself, Chanel!

::The worst experience I've ever had. Not only one staff, but a number of staff were rude. I asked politely to a few staff for catalog/ looking at earrings or bags, but I received rude/impolite replies or looks with disgust (from cashiers). I waited patiently for 10 minutes in the shop. After I saw that people who came in later than I got served, I asked why but I was told off, I was SO pissed off and decided to leave. Did the staff receive any proper training? They are SO unprofessional, not to mention this is an international prestige high-end brand. I will NEVER go back.
