::Wonderful staff. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The metro is on the corner and the Colosseum is a few minutes walk away. The rooms are nicely updated and the bathrooms have a rain shower and bidet. The hotel soap and shampoo is definitely better quality than any you'll ever get in the United States. I visited the hotel bar and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of drinks available. It's a great place to stay.

::I’d suggest this hotel if you want to save some money, stay in a nice/safe place, don’t mind it not being too luxurious, need comfortable room, helpful staff, and don’t mind at least a 10 minute walk to the city. It’s worth it for the price! The AC works well, bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows, staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel has a breakfast buffet for only 5 extra euro. And a bar that has pretty inexpensive good drinks. It’s not the most luxurious, but you can’t go wrong for the price. The one major downside is that the walls are very thin. There were several times where I heard my neighbors in the room next to me talking, or their kids playing. It didn’t disturb my sleep, but it something that could be noteworthy.It’s a decent location: about a 10 minute walk to the coliseum, which is the beginning of a whole world of site seeing. The 10 minute walk is safe, but it’s not scenic in any way. Then it’s about another 10 minute or 10 Euro cab ride to all the nightlife. My room was nice, on the 7th floor, and even had a balcony! Again, not the most luxurious, but it’s a great deal for the price. Has a gym, though you probably won’t need to use it because of all the walking you’ll do in Rome. Complimentary WiFi is powerful and works everywhere in the building.

::Great location in the city. All the rooms are different sizes we booked our room away early we had like two leather couches big bed, shower dual head just was amazing. Breakfast is a full breakfast really good. recommended by Rick Steves. Also on the corner from the hotel. Theres a coffee cafe / bar / store, nice people, good prices. We got sandwiches and water soda to go and just a hint for to go you say take away.

::This was a last minute booking. The breakfast was okay. The staff were helpful However the room was not pleasent. The lights would always flicker when on. The window was incredibly difficult to open and close. The UBS power socket was broken. The layout was poor. The bed was was not a King Size it was two beds pushed together. It was also extremely nosing from other guests TVs on all night. The traffic and rubbish trucks outside. I was here for work, would not advise if there for a holiday.

::Doesn't feel like a 4*. Staff are excellent but the hotel vibe is not. Location is on a main road so noise all night despite having shutters. Air conditioning is seasonal and we didn't get a fan either. It's on the doorstep of Manzoni station so excellent travel links. Not much near the hotel you have to travel for restaurants, nightlife and sight seeing.
