  DO NOT RENT HERE! HORRIBLE MANAGER WHO YELLS AT YOU! Can't do 0 rating! This feedback is regarding my experience about renting a car in Rome for the location below: Circonvallazione Gianicolense, 53, 00152 Roma RM, Italy 1. The car was extremely dirty with scrapes. The Manager refused to mark any of the scrapes as he said we will not be charged for it. He also refused to provide the rental confirmation since he changed the names of the driver and credit card. 2. Once the car was returned in Venice 3 days later, we were charged with the scrapes regardless of what the manager in Rome said. The car was also parked inside a friends garage so it’s impossible for us to have damaged the car. 3. I called the Rome Manager to email me the receipt as we didn't receive one. He proceeded to yell at me saying he cannot do that and to call customer service. He refused to hear the explanation that he was the one that changed the reservation name and we need that copy since the online copy was old. He screamed for 5 minutes and said this is not his problem and he is busy. 4. We called customer service and was transferred four times. At the end, we never received the investigation number and now have to keep contacting again. You are warned. Do not come here and rent somewhere else. This guy is the worse and needs to learn how to speak to people appropriately.
