  The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work for the first 3 days so we did not get good sleep. On the last day it was repaired and all was well. The beds were comfortable but the room and bathroom were very small.

  Forse sono stato sfortunato con la stanza (mi hanno dato quella pe disabili) quindi il mio giudizio può esser falsato. Però i confort sono limitati, la stanza poco pulita i mobili ed accessori vecchi. Doccia mal funzionante. Colazione poco varia, nessuno mi ha chiesto se volevo un caffè (diverso da quello della macchinetta che era pessimo) ho dovuto completare al bar.

  Great location, easy walking distance to colosseum and Trevi fountain. Rome was pretty hot when we were there though and our suite did not seem to have air conditioning. Breakfast was decent and beds were okay. Best part of the rooms were definitely the bathrooms; very clean and modern.

  Decent room but area near train station is a bit scary. Some street people had a permanent encampment 2 meters from the front door. Characters lurk in the shadows after dark. There are other hotels on brighter lit streets that I would choose next time.

  Hôtel très bien situé près de la gare. Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Par contre la chambre pour un quatre étoiles on s'attendait à mieux des remontés d'égout dans la salle de bain, chauffage bruyant qui ne chauffe pas!! La télé fallait un bac +5 pour l'allumer. Mais sinon ça allait lit confortable et pour le buffet petit dej. était top bien garni.
