  I booked this ride on behalf of my clients, and both I and my clients had an awful experience. My client called me late (Rome time) the night before to ask me to arrange a car for 3pm (again, Rome time) the following day. I searched several companies before finding Fast Booking RSL, which gave me the option of booking after hours. I made the booking, and it was "confirmed" fairly quickly. However, when I called to find out where the passengers should look for the driver (curbside or arrivals hall), someone picked up, but told me to "call back in the morning." I explained that I was in California and that the morning in Rome was the middle of the night for me, and couldn't he just answer my question now, but he told me to call back at 9:30am (12:30am my time). In the interim, my client also requested that the driver also bring some sodas. That is an odd request that requires extra effort on the part of the driver, but he was willing to pay for them, and so I sent an email to the general inquiry line, a Whatsapp message (using the link provided on the website and confirmation email), AND replied to the confirmation email with the request. I received an email back saying that they would communicate the request to the driver. I woke up in the middle of the night, and called the line at the time they requested to check on the details of the booking. I was disconnected early in the call. I called back 10 times -- TEN -- and they didn't pick up the phone. I also tried Whatsapp and email. An hour later, they still had not responded to my request. I checked in with my clients 30 minutes after the pick-up was supposed to have taken place, and they said that the driver still hadn't arrived. I called the driver on his cell phone (provided 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up), and he told me he was still 10 minutes away from the airport. He seemed annoyed that I was bothering him. I asked him to please text the passenger, and he said he did not understand. So I dusted off my high school Italian and asked him in Italian. He said he would contact the passenger, but never did. In the meantime, my clients called the main line to find out where their driver was. They initially tried to lie to him and told him that the driver was already at the airport. When he told them that we had been in touch with the driver and he had confirmed that he was not even at the airport yet, they admitted that they were lying. The driver did finally show up an hour late. And to add to the aggravation, he had not picked up the drinks. This would have been forgivable perhaps if he had arrived on time, but given the delay, lack of communication, fibs, and general poor service, it was poor showmanship. I would never use this company either for myself or for a client again. They provided a terrible experience at all points of contact.

  We booked a transfer from Civitacechia cruise port terminal to Rome FCO airport. Good price for 5 passengers and lots of luggage LOL x the booking process was easy and quick. Driver was early and even phoned us to see how we were getting on because we were running a little late. People carrier was very clean comfy and the driver spoke very clear English. He searcher our flight number to ensure drop off at correct terminal! Can't fault the service at all x would defo use again.

  On time both for pick up and drop off. Courteous drivers, clean cars and most of all no need to mess around looking for cabs. When we arrived, Alex had our name on a board and when we left Marco was on time to pick us up. Based on my experience, I would recommend this service to my friends and would use it once again if I am in Rome.

  Great company! - Speedy e-mail replies - Easy to change reservations - Kind, safe drivers - Well kept vehicles We had 3 rides with RSL, our favorite was with Costin Cristian! He was very personable, explained a lot of Italian culture to us and answered a lot of our questions. With our other drivers we didn't feel as open, more like it was a service and the driver was respectful with little conversation and good radio. Costin Cristian left us feeling happy and made the hour long drive go by very quickly.

  Highly recommend. Booked them before we left for Rome and they responded promptly via email confirmation. I was still nervous and didn't want to chance missing our early flight so I emailed again and they graciously confirmed again plus sent another confirmation the day before. The driver arrived 5 min early (4:10am) and was dressed in a suit and was very professional.
