  Mooie hotel kamer, locatie is centraal. Ziet er verzorgd en schoon uit. Vriendelijk personeel dat engels spreekt. Alleen het ontbijt was beperkt. Had er meer van verwacht.

  Un piccolo gioiello vicino ai musei Vaticani, e comodo alla metro: Accogliente, tranquillo, nuovo e moderno all'interno, in stile all'esterno. La pulizia e il personale cordiale e premuroso, perfezionano il tutto. Un week end perfettto...a presto MARCO e VIVIANA.

  This is a terrible experience. Because the security box in the room cannot be use with the password, I put the bag with cash under the pillow. When I checked out the next day, I forgot about it. When I went back to ask, the front desk said that the cleaning staff did not find anything when cleaning the room. This is devastating. I have business trip frequently,and I have forgotten things,I can always find it,and the score of his hotel is still very high. However, because of the large amount of cash, and tangled with the front desk, I will eventually fall into a state of irrational reasoning. I give up. To tell the truth, the hotel’s location and facilities are fairly good, but as the hotel’s employees, they cannot control themselves in the face of money or valuables, violate their conscience, and have no trust between people. It is not recommended to everyone. 这是我入住酒店最糟糕的一次。因为房间里的保险箱不能用密码来开关，所以我把装有现金的袋子放在了枕头底下。隔天退房时，我忘记了这回事，当然在这个上面，是我的问题。当我回去找时，前台打电话问清洁人员，他说在打扫房间时没有找到任何东西。这让人相当崩溃，我常年出差，也有过忘记东西的情况，都能找得回来，况且他家酒店评分还那么高。但因为现金的数量真的不小，而再跟前台纠结，最后也会陷入有理说不清的状态，我放弃了。说实话，酒店的地理位置，设施都还算是不错，但是作为酒店的从业人员，面对金钱，或者贵重物品就这么不能控制自己，违背自己的良心，完全没有人和人之间的信任，真的是不向大家推荐。

  The hotel is fairly new so the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is close to the Vatican and theres plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The metro station is also just around the corner. My favorite thing about the hotel is that you could request for your breakfast to sent up to your room free of charge! We never had to go down for breakfast. Just fill in the form and hand it in at reception. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Rome.
