::"VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THE STAFF NAMED JACK" Earlier today.. i'd purchased a pair of jordan shoes for my son..@ around 19:45 footlocker ottaviano.. A Girl staff assisted me and told me that the item i asked is already at the cashier and ready for payment.. But before i go to the cashier.. i decided to look around.. i grabbed a shoe on the display, looked at it's details and then i sat down.. But one staff named Jack just grabbed the shoes on my hand and arguing that im not allowed to hold and take the shoes from the display. He was so aggressive and rude.. and won't stop arguing on me and he was very defensive.. I just want to buy a pair of shoes and no need to argue right? So i just decided to go straight to the cashier and Pay for the shoes that's already waiting for me at the counter and get out of the store.. I thought footlocker staff are there to assist a costumer? And yes.. im an asian guy.. a Filipino specifically I dont take this as an act of discrimination or something.. Maybe JACK was only having a bad day.. Anyway.. Many thanks And more power...
