  Inefficient. Website says it's updated, but necessary information as simple as office hours are incredibly difficult to find. Once my permesso di soggiorno was ready, I could not find the hours when I can pick it up. I finally found it on another site: Ritirare il Permesso nella Questura. Orario: mercoledì, giovedì e venerdì 15:00-17:00; sabato 9:00-12:30. ‘E necessario portare le Ricevute delle Poste Italiane e il Passaporto. If you need to visit this office, bring a good dose of patience.

  Non metterò più piedi perché sono molto scortesi, non rispondono ad una semplice domanda, arroganti,....triste realtà...sono sconcertata e senz a parole...si ricordino che prima c'è bisogno di umanità e gentilezza e che non pensino solo ai soldi, perché se hanno uno stipendio è perché esistiamo, ringraziassero Dio...
